ACME (ACE Casino Murder Experience) was an Alternate Reality Game, made in massive collaboration by the entire winter 2023 class of Intro to Game Design.
It brought players into an immersive casino setting, complete with games and bar, that suddenly evolved into a complicated murder mystery when a patron dropped dead just after winning it big.

This document details the minutia and development process of the game.
This document describes the characters and the specific details of performing the game.
I served as the creative director for the project, responsible for the cohesion of narrative, mechanical, and aesthetic pieces of the ARG. This required me to keep up with communications and updates in all teams and direct works in progress as needed.
I also contributed heavily to the script team, working on the plot and characters—and their many twists and turns—especially early on in the process.
Additionally, I acted in the ARG as Cassidy Clemons, a college drop-out that really needed my job as a dealer, despite being aware of the casino's blatant cheating. I was a social resource to players, telling them about the characters and their relationships with each other. I also clued players in on my own suspicions, though I wouldn't act on them for fear of losing my job.
